Taster Day at the Cross

Our taster day is Tuesday 2nd September, 10.00 - 16.00 and 18.30 - 20.30. If any of the team can come along and support, we need you there. We have a few interested people that we have met on our travels over the summer (??)
Sadly, our blue haven has fallen off its perch, literally, in the high winds at Brecon. It did do the rounds though..

Tawe Guild Exhibition

What an opening night! The Mayor and Mrs Malcolm Gunther, kindly opened our exhibition tonight and showed great interest in our skills and work. Marjorie even gave the Mayor a spinning lesson!

Thank you Debb for organising us all - Eirean, Clare, Marjorie, Isabel, Gill and Nell - and for the wonderful nibbles. We must also thank Michael, James and Hannah for being SO helpful and polite to all our guests.

Yes, we even managed to persuade Norma to attend and to recieve some flowers to say such a huge thank you from us all, for all her dedication to the Guild. We would not be able to put on such a wonderful exhibition without her teaching and sharing of her boundless knowledge.
